How Walgreens pickup works
Create your photo game on PhotoMatchFun and choose a participating Walgreens store for photo prints. Pickup availability and preparation time depend on the selected store.
1. Prepare and review your photos
Upload your own photos or start with a ready-made collection. Check each crop and the selected border in the preview. Pickup photo prints and delivered card decks have different formats; review the pickup product shown in the create flow.
2. Enter pickup contact details
Enter the name, email and phone number needed for the order. Read and accept the terms in the contact step. Your print files and pickup contact details are shared through Autopilot with the selected Walgreens store to fulfill the order.
3. Select your store and review the total
Choose Walgreens pickup and a participating location. Confirm the store address, product, quantity, payment instructions and total shown before submitting. A digital copy is a separate optional purchase; buying it does not pay for the physical prints.
4. Wait for the store’s readiness confirmation
An order confirmation means the order was received; it does not mean the prints are ready to collect. Follow the store’s readiness notification and pickup instructions. Same-day pickup may be available, but is not guaranteed.
If your order needs help
Keep your order number and contact PhotoMatchFun support if submission fails or the status is unclear. If payment has already been confirmed, ask support to check the same order before placing another paid order. The returns policy covers defective or incorrect custom orders.
