Customized physical products

PhotoMatchFun card decks and photo prints are personalized and produced on demand. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, and an order cannot be canceled or modified after it has entered production.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery—or within 14 days of the expected delivery date for a missing order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when applicable. After review, we may replace the product or issue a refund. If an authorized return by mail is needed, PhotoMatchFun will provide instructions and cover standard return shipping.

Digital copies

Digital products are non-returnable after download access is delivered. If a technical issue prevents access, contact us so we can restore access or review an appropriate remedy.
