Privacy Policy

PhotoMatchFun collects the photos and images you choose to upload so it can create your deck. If you create an account or order, we also collect the contact, delivery, and order information needed to provide the service.

We use Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to collect service-use information such as pages visited, features used, browser and device information, IP address, general location, and referring websites.

Your uploaded photos are used to create and print the deck you request. If you choose a themed game, the service also uses the photos to generate themed variations. We do not use your photos for another purpose without your explicit consent.

PhotoMatchFun integrates with third-party services to provide the product: Walgreens Photo Services and other selected print partners for printing and fulfillment; Google Cloud and Gemini AI for themed image generation; Firebase for storage and authentication; and Stripe for payment processing.

Your use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

We retain user data and uploaded photos only as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your account, personal data, and uploaded photos by emailing hello@photomatchfun.com. After a deletion request, personal data and uploaded photos are permanently removed from active databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use every image you upload. By uploading content, you grant PhotoMatchFun permission to use, process, and display it solely to provide the service.
